- Rates charged in EURO per day per apartment for standard occupancy. Additional guests are welcome: 30 EUR adults/day and 20 EUR children/day
- Local Tax
2.60 EUR per person and night. Rates exclude local tax. Local tax does not apply to children under the age of 15.
- Surcharges
Short stay surcharge for 1-3 nights: + 10%
Double room for single occupancy (if available): + 50%
- Check-in & Check-out
Check-in possible after 2 p.m. Please check-out of your apartment or studio by 10 a.m. on departure day. Please call us if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.
We welcome your four-legged friends at Apart Noldis, as long as they are house-trained.
Pets are subject to an additional charge of 20 EUR per night, excluding food. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the following areas of the hotel: restaurant, play area, water area and the fitness room.
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 20% down payment of the total booking cost via bank transfer or credit card.
- Once a reservation (accommodation agreement) has been made, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
- Please provide the exact birth dates of your children.

- In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, the customer will be charged for the booked hotel reservation.
- We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
